Soul Brother Steve Cohen represents Tennessee's 9th District, The Fightin' 9th! in the United States House of Representatives. Cohen replaced former Representative Harold Ford, Jr., who gave up the seat to devote more time to unsuccessful Senate races and Playboy partying
According to Mr. Cohen, although he is the first Jewish Congressman from Tennessee, his voting record makes him seem like a black woman. In fact, Representative Cohen asked to join the Congressional Black Caucus because his people were slaves long before African Americans were. Which makes him just a crazy honkey.
On February 10, 2007, Cohen aped the Rahm Emanuel partyline about being interviewed by Stephen, stating that "[Stephen] has the advantage of editing." In response, Stephen offered up an uncut interview of himself by PBS' Gwen Ifill, for anyone to cut any way they saw fit, in a segment entitled Stephen Colbert: For Your Editing Pleasure.
