Inhumane Water Torture is a series of techniques used by barbarian nations to interrogate prisoners.

One common method of Inhumane Water Torture is to immobilize a person with his head inclined downwards and instilling fear of drowning by pouring water onto the mouth and nose of the prisoner.

This method is consider torture by most civilized countries, such as America. Like the metric system, only cowardly communist countries still use Inhumane Water Torture today.

Inhumane Water Torture is not to be confused with Waterboarding, which is completely legal and ethical. (but twice as badass)
