This is the test for the Project for a New American Constitution's "How A Bill Becomes A Law" Series, Lesson #3: Technique.

This is a timed test, you will be given 60 minutes to complete all of the questions listed below.

Complete all the questions to the best of your abilities, if you are not sure of the answer, skip the question and return to it if you have time, guessing is satanic and for every question you guess on, points will be taken off the total score bringing you that much closer to hell.

SECTION 1-ESSAY QUESTIONSEdit

Spelling and punctuation mistakes will not be held against the test-taker. Limit your essays to no less than 6,000 words, and write in the style of The Bible, noting where your verses begin and end.
