The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (or FISA) is an outdated law passed in 1978, which, due to its oldness, prevents well-meaning, people from performing their America-protecting duties, by requiring review of evidence (or intelligence collected) by a judge.

The Greatest Administration Ever has selected this very, very old law to be the next recipient of a dose of reform by America's Party, after the Clean Skies Act and the Clean Water Act.
