A portion of the 2.2 million cubic yards of contaiminated soil is moved by out of the 101-year old Milltown Dam at Clark Fork River near Milltown, Montana 22 January, 2008.

The removal of the contaminated soil is part of a Superfund project to cleanup the area featured in Norman Maclean's novel 'A River Runs Through It.'.
