Lorrie Sullenberger stands next to her husband US Airways pilot Captain Chesley B. "Sully" Sullenberger III during a ceremony honoring him, Danville, California, 24 January, 2009.

Sullenberger successfully ditched Flight 1549 into the Hudson River on January 15, 2009 after losing power to both engines over New York City saving all 155 passengers and crew on board.

He is wearing a ribbon symbolic of the key to the city he was awarded by Danville Mayor Newell Arnerich.
