Due process implies that you can't bring an evil terrorist to justice without going through long, boring trials where the enemies of this nation are coddled like newborns.

In the days of the Salem Witch Trials, due process was interpretted as, "Due you burn when we light you on fire."

Gives Aid And Comfort to Our Enemies Edit

Osama Bin Laden smiles everytime due process is enforced. This is because our enemies will be coddled by a liberal court system with activist judges. And not the good kind of judges like in GITMO where you're guilty until proven innocent and their's only one possible verdict. If we have to spend time finding evidence someone is a terrorist, we can't accuse more people of being terrorists.
