The 'chain of command is important for the survival of a nation. In a presidential democracy, once elected, the president is the commander and chief of all of the American Forces militarily. Civility, the President can also give order to the Governors and veto the Senators. The President can also incorporate and discorporate any cities over the mayors. It is important for all citizens to follow the mayor, following the governors, following the president.
