Whiney is a musical about how rough the world is for members of the Republican Party based on the Broadway smash hit, Annie.

Starring Pete Hoekstra in the lead, Whiney follows the politicians living in a socialist, state-run institution far from the lobbyists under whose care they once lived.

They yearn for the day that a corporation will sponsor them.
