Smokey The Dolphin

Smokey The Dolphin is Stephen's replacement fire prevention mascot for the murderous Smokey The Bear.

He was introduced during the Stephen's Sound Advice segment of the July 10, 2006 broadcast of The Colbert Report.

Smokey The Dolphin is moist and friendly to humans, making him a great anti-fire, non-bear icon. He's also a great actor, playing in Bears in a Submarine as Porpy.
