Rubber stamp (noun, metaphor)

  1. An object used in combination with ink to stamp important documents.
  2. A metaphor for what Congress should be when a Republican presidential adminstration (such as the Greatest Administration Ever) wants to push through a new law.

Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid's legion of America-hating Democrats that are currently occupying Congress is the opposite of a rubber stamp.
