Research Triangle

The Research Triangle is an area that is geographically "in" the Southern part of the United States, but is not techically part "of" The South, according to Thomas Schaller. The Research Triangle consists of the cities of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina, along with some unimportant others.
