The Military Commissions Act allows us to quickly and easily bring evildoers to justice. It rightfully asserts the Bush Administration's power over the U.S. Constitution and the Geneva Conventions, both of which became outdated after 9/11. Passed in October of 2006, the act has successfully spawned a new source of renewable power, drawn from the spinning corpses of the Founding Fathers of the United States of America.

The act gets rid of the pesky "right" to habeas corpus. It allows for "enhanced interrogation techniques" (read: torture) as long as they are authorized by the President of the United States. It eliminates the arduous process of trial by jury with lawyers, so terrorist can be pronounced guilty faster than the drive-thru service at your local McDonalds.
It basically ensures America's victory in the war on terror. Eventually. Maybe.

[edit] What The Enemies Of Freedom Say
Enemies of freedom, such as human rights advocates, terrorist sympathizers, and other liberal scum, claim the law is unconstitutional. These terrorist-coddlers want to keep habeas corpus, eliminate torture, and give terrorists "fair" trials. This is a prime example of a pre-9/11 mindset in a post-9/11 world, which gives comfort to America's enemies.
