Kathleen Sebelius

Kathleen Sebelius somehow became governor of Kansas. She has taken a once great state and turned it into a haven for homosexuals and other assorted deviants. She recently became Barack Hussein Obama's Secretary of Health and Human Services, presumably to join in his plot to kill us all.

Because she is a Democrat, Governor Sebelius receives all her orders, not from the people of Kansas, but from Satan's Handmaiden herself. In fact, she began dismantling Kansas' beloved National Guard units by cell phone during her inauguration ceremony, presumably after Nancy Pelosi activated her implanted hypnotic microchip.
Under Sebelius, the Kansas National Guard has:
- lost all its heavy equipment
- sent every member to Iraq in order to make The Greatest Administration Ever look bad

Sebelius did not properly request the aid that The Greatest President Ever was more than happy to give her, eventually.
