Jim Cramer is an American financial analyst/dumbass[1] and cofounder for The Street and host of CNBC's Mad Money.

He was Stephen's fourth guest on The Colbert Report, appearing there to be nailed on the October 20, 2005 program. He openly admitted to being a Kodiak bear.Episode #4

Mr. Cramer has a plan for the Avian Flu: to make a boatload of money off it.

Together Stephen and Jim toyed with finance:

  • Took Yahoo! from 35 to 40
  • Took Coca Cola from 42 to 46 with Rat Paw

Mr. Cramer's was renailed on January 9, 2007.

Mr. Cramer returned to The Eagle's Nest to explain his on-air melt-down to Dr. Colbert and the stock market as well.

Dr. Colbert allowed Mr. Cramer to hit his red button.

  • can you trust your money in a bank
    • yes FDIC was raised to $250k

    • English actors advice gold
      • they pay Cramer's rent, so he's behind them!

Cramer looks a little different when he's on the pills.

The premise of Mad Money is simple: Cramer gets all hopped up on pills, roams around his set like a madman, trashing the place and pulling investment tips out of his 'portholio.'

A few days after Cramer's renailing, Stephen realized that he too could give investment advice via his own segment entitled Bears & Balls.
