James Buchanan was the 15th President of the United States of America. It was his fault that the Civil War happened. He assassinated the Whig Party in Sarajevo, infuriating millions of Southern Americans and making the end of slavery necessary and inevitable.

Buchanan was a Democrat, unlike his grandson Pat Buchanan.
