Some people say the Pope is cold and does not come off as a "happy" man.

In comes Italian filmmaker, Franco Zefferelli, who announced in December, 2007 he is giving The Pope an image makeover, saying:

"I can't stand by while this disaster unfolds. I am available to put myself at the service of the Church"

Obviously, Mr. Zefferelli was talking about how Hollywood depicts all Christians not just the Pope.
