Ghost Town

A ghost town is a town that time and industry has forgotten. When the free market has decided that an industry must die (and receive no socialistic help from big government) the people who live in that town owned by the corporations must pack up and move to where ever the jobs are.
Because the corporation owns the equipment, it will then apply for any government subsidy to cover the shipping costs to China (presumably for repair or refitting) and the officers can sort out who gets what bonus.
