Donald Pence was the hater from San Francisco (that great bastion of the left coast)who used his balls improperly: he asked Jenna Bush why she wasn't in Iraq, fighting America's fight. The other multitude of truly patriotic Donald Pences have disowned him and are petioning to have him change his name to "Dawn" Pence to better reflect his manliness.
