Disaster Vultures (from the pauper family)

1. a group of lazy individuals seeking compensation from the government after being affected by a Natural or Man-made disaster.
2. the mutational fusion of a Welfare Queens and the homeless.

They know they cannot sue God since He will win and Mother Nature is a poor stinky hippie so instead they are trying to get free money from the government instead of pulling their own bootstraps to get back to work.

Not to be confused with the other Disaster Vultures that makes tons of money for the free market.
