David Souter is a Justice of the United States Supreme Court and a Homosexual(not that there is anything wrong with that). However, he is not one of the American Heroes on the Court such as, Antonin Scalia, John Roberts and Samuel Alito. David was appointed by President George H. W. Bush; talk about irony.
