A district that includes the whitest suburb of Los Angeles, and home to the largest concentration of White Power south of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and west of Texas.

Represented by Elton Gallegly, who has no visible ties to Jack Abramoff or any other criminal, whatsoever, at any time, to any degree.

Elton vowed to keep his district as clean as the driven snow.
