Bill Richardson

Bill Richardson is the current husky Governor of New Mexico and a massive Democrat candidate in the 2008 Presidential Election campaign. During the first Democrat Candidates Debate, Richardson won the "Candidate Who Most Resembles Willy Loman" round.

During the 2008 presidential election, Dr. Colbert was beating Bill Richardson in the polls. As a result, he now has to be Stephen's butler for a year.

Bill was supposed to be the token illegal in Obama's Administration, but he wasn't able to clean up his background sufficiently. He should have hired a maid or something to help him.
