Albio Sires is the Democratic Congressman for New Jersey's 13th District, The Fightin' 13th.

The 13th was vacant when it was interviewed for The Colbert Report's 434-part series, Better Know A District. The district received the coveted Colbert Bump, propelling Sires to victory with 78% of the vote.
